Zoe Armstrong is the CEO of KCD worldwide. She studied Business management at University of Bedfordshire in England where she qualified with a first class honours degree. At 20 Zoe moved to USA with her family and began working for Paper - an American magazine company. This experience gave Zoe a new passion in life and assisted in her choice to studying Fashion PR at Parson's University. During her time at Parson's Zoe met Roshana Bailey-Laurence our Creative director. They exchanged ideas and shared drive. With Zoe's business management skills they decided to launch KCD Worldwide.

I am an 18 year old from near Cambridge. I moved to London in September to study at LCF.

Roshana Bailey-Laurence is the business partner and creative director at KCD Worldwide. Roshana has an extensive and respected background within fashion since interning after leaving school. With industry experience in PR at companies such as the Arcadia group, she later moved to New York and returned to studying at Parsons - where she met Zoe Armstrong, who introduced her idea of KCD. Roshana's creative influence helped progress KCD into a fashion focused company.

Charnah Chapman-Hicks

Since studying Marketing Management at University of Westminster, Charnah Chapman-Hicks has always had an interest in the marketing sector. She has plenty of previous sales and marketing experience with many companies joined KCD in 2011 as Account Executive.

Corporate Communication Director

Sara has a BA degree in Fashion Marketing at University of the Arts London. She has since worked in the communicational side of PR at various established companies. She joined KCD in 2012 and is now the Corporate Communication Director managing the communications teams.

I am 20 years old from the Canary Islands (Spain). This is my second year in London and I’ve already done a fashion business course at LCF. Looking forward to hear from you guys!

Alysia Sealey

Alysia is KCD's Chief Executive and has been with the company for 6 years. With a PHD in Marketing along with previous experience in managerial in other leading high street brands, as well as a junior CEO, she joined KCD as Chief Executive here at KCD.

I am a mature British student and have lived in London my entire life. I look forward to our assignment collaboration and hope I can be of assistance when needed

Human Resources Director

She started at KCD as a marketing intern during her Marketing degree at LCF, 4 years ago. Since then she has progressed and is now a key team member, being our Human Resources Director.

I am 20 years old. I have lived my whole life in Belgium and moved to London last september to start at LCF. Looking forward to hearing from you all!
